1 General Introduction

stake bd is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides gaming services — including slots, live casino and cricket betting — for users in Bangladesh. These terms serve as a legal agreement between stake bd and anyone who uses its services.

In this document, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to stake bd, and "you" or "member" refers to a registered or prospective user. For a general introduction to our services, please read the About Us page.

stake bd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the site.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on stake bd. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Identity documents may be requested to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete and your own. We reserve the right to permanently close any account opened with false or incorrect information. If any account details change, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

stake bd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and applies to all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will be made using the same method as the original deposit.

3.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, for the welcome bonus: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Do not treat bonuses as cash grants.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means depositing ৳10,800 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳18,800, and you must wager ৳8,000 × 15 = ৳1,20,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

stake bd offers various weekly and special event-based promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one is already active.

4.3 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other strategy to obtain bonuses is considered promotion abuse. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

stake bd reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed. For sports betting, the decision of the relevant result-determining authority is considered final.

5.2 Maximum Bet Amounts

Maximum bet limits may apply across different games and betting categories. stake bd reserves the right to limit or reject any bet, particularly when an unusual betting pattern is detected.

5.3 Disconnection

stake bd is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game. Before joining a live game, ensure your internet connection is stable. In most cases, game results are saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnection.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

stake bd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week — ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback will be credited.

Reaching a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. stake bd reserves the right to make the final decision on tier assignment.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the stake bd platform:

• Using another person's identity, account or payment method
• Manipulating games or bets using software, bots or automated means
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Placing bets on opposite sides of the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Providing false information to mislead the support team

If any of the above is proven, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Data Privacy

stake bd treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. We do not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party without authorisation. Full details of how user data is collected, stored and used are provided in our Privacy Policy.

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your financial transactions and personal information secure. Payment-related data is processed through secure third-party gateways.

9 Responsible Gambling

stake bd is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income. Please avoid placing bets beyond your means.

10 Account Closure and Restrictions

10.1 At the User's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time. Contact the support team via live chat or email to do so. The balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 At the Platform's Discretion

stake bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the event of a rule violation. An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing due to suspicious transactions or security concerns.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. The relevant policy will apply to the balance of an inactive account.

11 Limitation of Liability

stake bd is not liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions, server downtime or third-party service failures. We strive to provide the best possible service, but it may not always be possible to eliminate unexpected technical issues.

Gambling outcomes are entirely random. No guarantee of winning any game is given, and the platform is not liable for losses. Before placing a bet, review the rules and RTP of each game before making a decision.

12 Dispute Resolution

13 Intellectual Property and Content

The intellectual property rights for games and related assets from third-party game developers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Evolution) belong to those developers. stake bd provides services solely as their authorised distributor.
